Summary
Oil painting on canvas, Frances Lake, Mrs Thomas Hussey I (1693-1734), in the manner of Michael Dahl (Stockholm 1656/9 – London 1743). Painted oval. Half-length portrait turned slightly to the right, head inclined to the left, gazing at the spectator, light brown hair dressed on top, wearing a red dress with green mantle draped on left shoulder and white chemise.
