Summary
A mahogany and crossbanded combined tea and card table, English, circa 1790. The serpentine hinged top opening to one red baize-lined surface and one polished surface, above a plain frieze and standing on square tapering legs headed by sycamore paterae and terminating in brass castors.
Provenance
Part of the Hussey collection. The contents were bequeathed to the National Trust in 2006 by Mrs. Elizabeth Hussey.
