A tinplate brown painted clockwork horse with rider. The brown painted horse has a black painted mane and tail. The loose base has slits with the four bent legs protruding. The key for the clockwork is on this base. The male rider wears a black hat, a red tail coat and cream breeches with black boots. His arms are moveable from hinges at the shoulders.
