Summary
A tin plate clockwork black clown, driving a metal tricar. The clown has painted facial features including a red nose. He is wearing blue and white striped trousers, a blue and white spotted shirt, a red waistcoat and a black hat. The tricar is red and yellow with two large yellow and green rear wheels and one small black and green front. The steering wheel is gold coloured. A key (attached to the clockwork mechanism underneath) protrudes from the left-hand side of the tricar as you look at it from the front. At the base of the steering wheel is written '775'.
