Summary
A tinplate clockwork model of a scottish piper with moulded and painted features and clothing. His headdress is black. His left eye has flaked off. He has a red jacket with a brown and white pack strapped on his back. He has two white pouches on the front of his belt. He has a set of brown and black bagpipes to his lips. His sporron is white and black and he has red painted socks, white spats and black shoes. He is standing on a tall brown mound log-like base which has perforated holes in the top and the mechanics underneath with a metal bar containing the two keys. His arms are hinged at the shoulders.
