A cream cotton lawn sleeveless child's pinafore with crochet at the top of the bodice and shoulder straps, with a scalloped edge and pink ribbons. The pinafore is embroidered with leaves and flowers and opens at the front. The hem of the pinafore is also scalloped and on a label by the opening is embroidered the maker's or the owner's name. There are some stains and holes.
Donated to the Museum of Childhood by Mrs M. B. Glossop in May 1983.
