Summary
A handmade Regency fine lace collar, decorated with dots all over, made in the shape of an elongated oval with a point at each end, with a frill of the same lace all around the edge. To form a collar, it has been folded in half lengthways, then gathered from the folded edge to the frill halfway along. It is coming apart in several places, and it is slightly stained.
