A white marble maquette of Isabella Caroline Ellison, Lady Vernon, head and shoulders with drapery, her hair in a plaited coil at the back, with centre parting and ringlets to the side. Looking slightly left, raised on a circular moulded plinth. Ensuite with SUD/Sc/13 and SUD/Sc/12. For full size work see SUD/Sc/18.
Vernon collection transferred to the Treasury in 1967 following death of 9th Lord Vernon, and transferred to The National Trust in 1967.
