Summary
Nine items of pink/gold pique brocade, consisting of four curtains, one portiere curtain, two door covers and two cupboard door covers. Pink/brown silk warp, yellow/gold silk and brown cotton wefts and brown cotton warp ties. Warp and weft brocade pique. Design; Diamond trellis. a) cream cotton twill weave satin; b) interlining, undyed linen plain weave. Heading, pinch pleated with brass rings, hemmed on two sides and bottom edge, lined and interlined throughout. English manufacture circa 1930.

Attingham collection; bequeathed to the National Trust with the estate, house and contents of Attingham by Thomas Henry Noel-Hill, 8th Baron Berwick (1877-1947) on 15th May 1953.
