Oil painting on canvas, Birds in a Landscape by Pieter Casteels (Antwerp 1684 – Richmond 1749), signed and dated, bottom mid-right : P.Casteels [P and C interlaced] F[eci]t / 1722. Peacocks, a white pheasant, doves and poultry beside a ballustrade, with two classical temples in distance.
