Summary
A woman's chemisette made from white cotton gauze. The chemisette is decorated with bands of white cotton tatted lace around the neckline and with four further tatted lace insertions on the bib from neckline to hem, with ruched gauze inbetween. Internally, the chemisette is unlined, with three mother-of-pearl buttons centre back and cotton tape ties proper right and left hand sides, all intact.
