Summary
A woman's skirt made from white cotton muslin. The skirt is decorated with a band of white tambour embroidery on the upper third in a floral pattern, with a flounced hem which has been historically stiffened. It is unlined and fastens with two hooks and eyes on the waistband centre back, intact.
