Summary
Wall vase, porcelain, of baluster shape with flattened back, pierced for suspension, made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, China, c. 1695-1715; decorated in translucent overglaze polychrome (famille verte) enamels, painted with an elegant woman carrying a fan in a garden terrace by a fence, the neck and flared foot with a band of hexagonal cell pattern borders, the neck with a band of suspended jewels.
