Bowl, porcelain, made in Jingdezhen, Jiangxi province, China, c.1745-1755; decorated in overglaze polychrome enamels (famille rose), painted around the exterior with large tree peonies in a garden with an ornamental bridge and willow trees, the interior with a foliated band and a stylised lotus with branches in the centre.
