Oil painting on canvas, King's College and Clare College, Cambridge, from the River Cam by William Westall ARA (Hertford 1781 – St John’s Wood 1850). A view across Queen’s Gardens of the Kings College Chapel, the Gibbs block and Clare college are comprised in the view; a bridge to the left of the Chapel – King’s Bridge, some figures walking, including one wearing a gown and mortar-board, others are and resting on the path beside the river Cam in the foreground. Three cows on the grass.

Bequeathed to the National Trust by Huttleston Rogers Broughton, 1st Lord Fairhaven (1896-1966) with the house and the rest of the contents.
