Canons Ashby, Northamptonshire (Accredited Museum)
Fireplace with a simple stone surround in the north-east corner of the room. The jambs and lintel are lightly beaded to the fire opening and have hollow mouldings on the outer edges. The chimney flue is coursed stone and the hearth is formed of bricks flanked by flag stones.
