Summary
Oil painting on canvas, King Charles II (1630-1685), school of Sir Peter Lely (Soest 1618 – London 1680), circa 1675-85. A full-length portrait, is standing, three-quarters to the right, gazing to the right, wearing Garter robes, his right hand by his side holding a fold of his cloak, his left hand on a table on the right on which is a plumed hat, a fluted pillar behind his head.
