Summary description

Oil painting on canvas, King Charles I (1600-1649), after Sir Anthony Van Dyck (Antwerp 1599 - London 1641). A head-and-shoulders portrait of Charles I, turned to the right, facing, long dark hair with a beard and wearing a wide white lace trimmed collar. Giltwood frame with carved scrolling foliage to corners.
