Oil painting on canvas. John Pym (1584-1643), after Edward Bower (fl. London 1629 – d.London 1667), circa 1644. A painted oval head- and-shoulders portrait turned half right, wearing black coat with puritan white collar. Original known from engraving by George Glover 1644 version in Houses of Parliament. Giltwood frame.
