Frontispiece plate bound following title page, initial leaf with key to plate bound following frontispiece. Provenance: manuscript inscription on front fly-leaf of first vol. in set: "R: [or B:] 4 vols". Binding: eighteenth-century Cambridge-style blind-panelled calf; sewn on three supports; five raised bands; gilt roll pattern along board edges; gilt title on brown leather label and gilt vol. number on spines. Brown sprinkled textblock edges.
