Indian decoration in silver tinsel with silver ribbon band handle with cotton thread and wire to make the padded handle. There is an ornate tassel with silver beads and silver tinsel. The central disc (unknown material?plastic?) has silver beads, with silver tinsel with a pearl bead in the centre. There are four tassels, which are beaded and have tinsel. From the central disc is a cone-shaped structure with silver beads; leading from this are four strands of silver tinsel leading to three strands of silver beads, a pompom of tinsel and then a large tassel at the end, with four silver, beaded and tinselled tassels split into two matching sides.
Purchased from the estate of the late Lord Wraxall with the assistance of the NHMF and donations from members and supporters.
