Binding: Twentieth-century full green publisher's cloth; gilt and black stamped pictorial upper board: country house with garden in foreground with title above, all within inner border of a single gilt fillet and an outer border of quadruple gilt fillets (thick-thin-thin-thick); gilt stamped title and trees in pots on spine; gilt top edge.
