Summary
A Meissen two-handled baluster vase, one of a pair, on shaped square feet, the body moulded with festoons and ribbons and painted with bouquets of flowers, the handles terminating in human masks, blue crossed swords and dot and ‘B’ marks, circa 1770.
Provenance
Made in Germany at the Meissen Porcelain Factoty circa 1770. Loaned to The National Trust by The Croome Heritage Trust in December 2007.
