This is one of the few larger items remaining onsite as much of the works machinery was sold off post disuse and prior to the Trust ownership of the site. The wobbler helped transfer rotary movement from the waterwheel to the rolling mills which flatten iron into thin sheets prior to being coated in molten tin.
