Summary
A No.1 Folding Pocket Kodak folding rollfilm camera, Model E. Lens: f11, achromatic meniscus, iris diaphragm 1 - 4. Pocket Automatic shutter, I, B, T. 2 ¼" x 3 ¼" exposures on 105 roll-film Metal covered in black textured leather with red leather bellows, silver coloured metal details and yellow metal lens panel. No handle. Two folding metal supports for hinged cover plate with curved edge. Camera has 'domed' front cover plate when closed. Ends of camera are curved rather than angular. Markings: Embossed on leather on right side of camera '165794' On left of lens plate 'I B T' On right of lens plate '1 2 3 4' On lens plate around the lens 'Pocket Automatic. Made by Eastman Kodak Co. Rochester N.Y. U.S.A. Pat.April 21 1908 - Aug. 31 1909' Manufacturers plate: 'No. 1 Folding Pocket Kodak Made in Eastman Kodak Co. Rochester N.Y.
