Oil painting on canvas, a Woman in Normandy Dress, called Florence Nightingale's Housekeeper, Mrs Clarke, possibly British (English) School, mid-late 19th century. A portrait of a woman in traditional Normandy dress, seated, possibly before a thatched upturned boat, with fishing-net, wearing a light blue dress and dark brown bodice, with a yellow shawl and high lace bonnet, holding a green umbrella across her knees, and a trug in the crook of her left arm. With cliffs and beach in the distance.
