Oil painting on canvas, Sir Samuel Pennant (1709 - 1750), British (English) School, circa 1740. A three-quarter-length portrait of the uncle of Richard Pennant who was Lord Mayor of London, to left, wearing a blue coat, a long waistcoat with gold embroidery white wig and his right hand on his hip.
