Fine white muslin, made from three pieces. High, rounded neckline back cut in triangular shape, point folded up at waistband, mounted onto cotton tape (tie waistband). Fronts decorated with whitework embroidery in cotton thread, design of meandering floral spray with feather-like leaves. Bordered with row of five fine pintucks and two rows of faggoting. Left front edge finished with whitework embroidery in padded satin stitch. Laundry mark stitched in blue thread on right front 'Y'.
