Oil painting on panel, Claude de Bullion (c.1580-1640) by Philippe de Champaigne (Brussels 1602 – Paris 1674), circa 1640. A head -and-shoulders portrait of a smiling man, turned slightly to the right, gazing at the spectator, wearing a white ruff with green ribbon and star.
