Summary
A mahogany and satinwood banded three-tier towel rail or clothes horse, English, circa 1900. The twin end posts joined by an arched cross-bar on top at each end and with a pair of turned rails between, above a further single rail midway below and a shaped shelf or platform which is standing on arched feet.
