Summary
Very large, wheel-thrown, stoneware bowl with pie-crust rim by Svend Bayer of Sheepwash, Devon, made after 1985; light brown glaze with slip-trailed bird decoration to interior, honey coloured glaze to exterior; unmarked as is usual for Bayer’s work. Confirmed to be by the artist in email correspondence with him dated 25/04/2016.
