Summary
A pair of late 17th - early 18th century simulated marble and gilt highlighted torcheres, Italian. Each torcheres having a pressed gilt-brass petalled drip pan above a Cirnthian-type capital carved with acanthus, on a triangular-section baluster-turned column carved with scrolls and acanthus, the triform base carved to the sides with bellflowers, on three scrolling supports.
