Summary
The star of a Knight Commander of the Bath; star with device of 3 imperial crowns entwined with rose, thistle and shamrock surrounded by motto 'TRIO JUNCTA IN UNO' within jewelled cross. Inscribed verso 'RandP Garrard and Co., Goldsmiths and Jewellers to the Crown, 25 Haymarket London'. Mounted on a rectangular grey velvet pad. Probably belonged to Lt.Gen.T. Myddelton Biddulph, KCB (1809-78), as worn in his portrait P/47 by Muller after Angeli.
