Chilton Foliat in Wiltshire was the parish of Reverend Thomas James Scott (d. 1907) who was the father of Louise Matilda Scott, who married Philip Yorke II (1849 - 1922) in 1902.
Given by Phillip Yorke III (1905-1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973.
