Summary
Oil painting on panel, Gustavus II Adolphus (1594-1632), King of Sweden, Dutch School, second quarter of the 17th century. A posthumous portrait of King of Sweden, as an elderly man, half-length to right, in armour, with yellow, embroidered sash over right shoulder and lace collar. Coarsely painted.

Given by Philip Yorke III (1905 – 1978) along with the estate, house and contents to the National Trust in 1973
