In inventory of the house of the late James Hutton (uncle of Philip Yorke I (1743 – 1804) and whose father was the collector Matthew Hutton (d. 1728)), in Park Lane, 27-28 July 1770 as: "A Battle Piece, - by Vandermeulen [struck through] Bourgonone"; in undated early 19th century (circa 1820 at time of house picture cleaning) Erddig inventory as: "Battlepiece - Bourgognone" [but both could be to Snayers instead]
