An English, late 17th century, black japanned longcase clock, decorated with chinoiseries in shades of gilt, the arched hood with domed cornice, the etched brass dial signed 'William Andrews, London' with chased brass spandrels, eight-day strike/silent movement, and date aperture. Mechanism and case London made.
