Caption
This wooden door handle, probably designed by Goldfinger, is displayed on his desk as a series of ‘found objects.’ In treating an ordinary household fixture as a work of art, Goldfinger was challenging traditional notions of what could be considered art. Come to 2 Willow Road to see where else door handles appear as a motif in the house!
