Summary
A walnut, rosewood, olivewood and fruitwood marquetry pot cupboard, or commodino, North Italian, late 18th/early 19th century. Inlaid to the top and sides with an allegorical or classical figure within a roundel, the front fitted with a drawer above a cupboard door inlaid with foliate arabesques and a spray of flowers and leaves. Raised on four tapering square-section supports.
