Summary
Post War Living Room was made by R J Magna in 1951. The parquet floor consists of 1600 beechwood blocks. Much of the furniture is made from pear wood from a tree in the garden at Pyt House. the top shelves of both bookcases hold publications dated betwee 1825 and 1910. the black volumes below on both sides are the complete works of Shakespeare.
