Summary
Shallow white Aynsley dish, probably a muffin dish, with scalloped edge and groove around inner edge of rim suggesting it should have a lid, raised pattern around outer edge of rim. Dirty, with some stains penetrating glaze.

Stamford collection; devised to the National Trust by Roger Grey, 10th Earl of Stamford (1896-1976).
