Summary
German (Armand Marseille) doll with bisque face and original mohair hair. Jointed wood and composition limbs which need restringing, blue eyes and four teeth. Original clothes; pantaloons, 2 lace trimmed petticoats, and a short spotted muslin dress. Old blue ribboned hat, new white socks. No. 390 A.2/O.M. 1900-20
Provenance
Purchased from the Linen Shop, Truro, January 1987 and was one of eight bisque dolls given to the National Trust by Mrs. G.M.L. Unwin, 16 May 2002.
