Summary
One of a pair of porcelain pill bowls in the form of low pails with moulded tops. Over glazed enamel decoration of clover leaves with blue rim to base. Made at the Royal Copenhagen Factory, Denmark. Pattern No. 5929117. Decorator No.47. 1920's
Provenance
unknown, but mentioned in the March 1972 inventory so possibly with the house as the display cabinet was acquired on transfer of the house to the National Trust in 1953.
