Summary
Carved pine Chippendale style giltwood wall bracket, consisting of a tree with leafage springing from a rock work base and supporting a semi-circular shelf in the form of a scallop shell. The gilding has at some time been painted over with a dull brown paint.
Provenance
At Saltram by 1957 and given to NT as part of the endowment of Montagu Brownlow Parker (1878-1962), 5th Earl of Morley.
