Two Wedgwood and Bentley style basalt vases of classical form with loop handles and baluster shaped body and foot.Encaustic painted decoration with classical figures in brown and white between bands of wave motifs.Unmarked.c1770-1775

Provenance

Transferred to The National Trust as part of the endowment provided by Montagu Brownlow Parker (1878-1962),5th Earl of Morley.
