Summary
Stone - 154.1 A piece of calcareous tufa found at Temple site in Chedworth Woods SP 06111329. Tufa building block - (Section of an archway roof block). Rectangular section of tufa. Two large, flat faces, one had red mortar along one edge. The two shortest edges are straight and flat. The two longest edges are straight. Tapering thickness. Architectural fragment no. 0236. Similar to (same size and shape) 0237. Architectural stone.
