Oil painting on canvas (oval), Charles Pennyman (1770-1796) as a Boy, British (English) School, in the manner of John Downman, RA (Ruabon, North Wales 1750 - Wrexham 1824), circa 1774. A half-length oval portrait of son of Ralph and Bridget, facing partly right, in a blue coat with red collar and sandy waistcoat. Collar length hair.
