Summary
A Pierrot glove puppet. The head and hands are made of stuffed flesh coloured felt. The nose is prominent; the other facial features are hand stitched in embroidery thread. White mohair arranged in loops protruding from the bottom edge of the black fabric skull cap. The fingers are individually stitched; some are becoming unstitched revealing the wooden sticks inside the padding. The smock like garment is faded black and cream chequerboard and is finished with a black and white ruff at neck. Protruding from the back of the skull cap is a curling pipe cleaner. The inside of the neck is supported by a tube of cardboard.
