Summary

A child's mob cap, possibly made of cotton. All of the top is covered with lace, with a length of red ribbon tied horizontally across and in a semi-circle. Bows are at the ends of the horizontal piece and the highest part of the semi-circle piece. Metal is inserted into the front of the brim.
