Summary
Dress lounge dinner jacket (M). Black worsted twill herringbone weave. a) Black silk unbalanced plain weave ridge; b) one black basket weave button 19 mm diam and 8 x 14 mm diam. a) Black silk satin weave; b) ivory silk twill weave; c) undyed cotton 'calico'. Hand and machine sewn, trimming a) as reverse; one button at front opening, four on each sleeve; three pockets. Made for 8th Lord Berwick by Lesley and Roberts of Hanover Square, London, in 1912.
